ORIO Roller Shelf material is aluminum alloy splicing and single roller track with 50mm and 60mm. It is widely used in individual retailer, supermarket department stores,freezer,air curtain cabinet, and Suitable for different kindly of beverage, plastic bottles, glass bottles, metal cans, cartons and other fixed packaging goods.
The roller mats are simply placed on the top of current store shelves, loaded with product and segmented with dividers. With special integrated rollers and gravity on your side, product will always smoothly glide to the front of the shelf, where a clear front board stops the product falling forward and off the shelf.
If your shelves are unable to be angled itself, simply use our aluminum risers to instantly angle the gravity roller mat. These risers are so easy to use, just install risers onto the back of the roller mat to sit your roller mat at a 3 or 5 degree angle from the base of the shelf. Then all products will now use gravity to slide along the rollers to the front of the roller shelf creating the perfect self-facing system.
The gravity roller system allows products to move forward automatically as items are taken by customers.
